Suggestions and Complaints
At Fairview we pride ourselves in providing the best care, but we are we are always trying to improve. If you have any suggestions, then please can you e-mail them to swlicb.fairview@nhs.net . Alternatively, you can use the Online Form (click here to access), or write to us or complete the suggestions/complaints forms at Fairview Medical Centre in Reception. Suggestions will be shared with the patient participation group.
It is possible that you may feel that we have fallen short in your care. If that is the case, then we are sorry. If you have a complaint then you should initially write to the practice manager, James Cross who will set the necessary wheels in motion. He will investigate the complaint with the staff and write back to you. He will also be able to give you details of how to then take your complaint further if you are not satisfied.
